This is the Christmas Event map in 2015. It appears randomly during the event in vanilla and normal rooms.
It says Santa Claus dropped his toy bag while distributing gifts and all the gifts fell out on the street. Collect them and load back to the sleigh.

Toy bags of presents are all around the map and mice must pick them all before the time runs out.
There is a TNT that blows you in the air where are clouds, and you must collect presents on them aswell, though mice have to avoid skulls, which if touched, mice instantly die.
