The '''Friends List''' is a window which can be accessed from the bottom of the chat box. There is a button with a heart in a magnifying glass you click to enter the friends list. To add a friend to your Friends List, simply type "/friend username" in the [[chat]] box. Adding someone to your Friends List allows you to keep track of what room they're playing in and whether or not they're online.

When your friends are offline, your friends show up as "disconnected" on your friends list. When your friend logs on, not only are you notified via chat, but your friend's location is revealed on the friends list and two small buttons appear. The one on the left, that looks similar the letter C, allows quick access to the [[Whisper]] feature. The one on the right is a right arrow. When it is clicked, you are automatically taken to the room that your friend is in.

To remove a friend from your friends list, click the X beside their name on the friends list.
In addition, if your friends are in the same room as you, their name and title appear in a somewhat dull green color (not to be confused with the bright green shown in partner levels) rather than the usual gray-over-gray. ('''Note''': You may have to open and close your Friends List for this to happen.)

*Before the update on 1 September 2010, you can see where is someone, without the person adding you back. This update presumably prevents stalking.

If the person who you added as a friend did not add you as a friend, then it isn't possible to see what room they're in. It is however still possible to whisper to them. This update was presumably added to stop stalking.

The update was made on the 1st September, 2010.
