The Halloween 2014 enigma (also known as the Buffy and Von Drekkemaus enigma) was a riddle that was added on 15 November 2014 (V1.203). It required using fortune cookies to obtain objects that would require use in a specific place, usually accompanied with a certain phrase or emote. Reward: « Vampire Slayer »(347)

Have you met Archain von Drekkemaus? He surely knows how love feels: a permanent sensation of happiness whenever he dreams of her beautiful face.
But it's hard to confess your feelings when you're cursed. Von Drekkemaus can't leave his mansion, except on Halloween.
Another curse is the fact that he fell in love with the one he should fear: Buffy, the Vampire Slayer. Seducing her isn't going to be a piece of cake...
Flirt attempt no. 1: Von Drekkemaus tries to surprise Buffy by throwing some sweet candy at her window...
But... ehm...
That wasn't very successful.

Flirt attempt no. 2: Von Drekkemaus tries the dove romantic fly... with bats. Again, its a failure....
Flirt attempt no. 3: What about a cute bouquet and a nice bottle? A timeless French classic.
Looks like she isn't really into fresh blood.
Flirt attempt no. 4 : Could art be the key? The most poetical way to reflect his soul, invaded by love.
Maybe a minimum of talent is required... At least the intention was good!
Flirt attempt no. 5 : the ultimate gift. The engraved tombstones are pretty popular in the vampire community. But apparently not in the mice one...
Clumsy and unskilled in his attempts, Von Drekkemaus decides in a last surge of hope to show her his love by putting his feelings on paper.

There are two endings: One where Buffy accepts Drekkemaus's love and one where she breaks his heart and he vanishes only to return next year.

But a letter won't show how deep his feelings are. Ripping his own heart out of his chest, he hands it toward her and, in a whisper, asks if she would ever be able to accept his love.
He looks up to her, the heart full of hope... and fear. And... suddenly, sparkles! sparkles everywhere!! In his eyes, in her eyes, in his stomach, around them,

Even if time is running out, even if they will be separated for a year, the lovers are peaceful. Finally, she realised. Finally, he made her know. Now, they only have to sieze the moment...
